In the future, before the Belarus respiratory society faces challenges to intensify TB control, aimed at preserving and strengthening the capacity of the country's population, in particular the development of measures to improve the situation of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis, including extensively drug-resistant HIV-associated tuberculosis.

One of the crucial tasks facing Respiratory Society, as well as to the entire TB service of the republic, - to increase the effectiveness of chemotherapy for tuberculosis, especially among MDR-TB patients. To solve this problem, you can, if:

- Achieve, finally, a clear planning of anti-TB drugs and the need to ensure the proper monitoring of patients taking drugs;

- Will properly perform guidelines for the appointment of chemotherapy regimens with main and redundant anti-TB drugs;

- Start in full force to use a new just came in the Law of the Republic of Belarus to combat dangerous infectious diseases in terms of compulsory treatment of TB patients regardless of bacterial, which maliciously evading voluntary treatment;

- Intensifying the fight against HIV-associated tuberculosis with a discussion of the results in the next year for the next scientific conference;

- Provide a reliable infection control in TB facilities, excluding the transmission of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and cross infection of patients.

Yet many still unresolved issues in pulmonology, and especially in the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory diseases of the respiratory organs of nonspecific etiology, causes high morbidity and mortality of the population.

Board of Republican and regional Minsk city Respiratory Societies should intensify work on the expansion of membership, primarily due to greater involvement in the society specialists in related fields.
